“BY-ME: Boosting Young Migrants’ participation in European cities” is a new project by ICEI, co-founded by the Europe for Citizens Programme of the European Union to promote young people’s participation and protagonism in envisaging proposals on public policies that concern themselves and the “European Union they would like”.

The project BY-ME started on October 1st, 2015, shall last 18 months and shall involve young residents of 3 European cities: Milan, Barcelona and Lisbon, specially addressed to young people of foreign origin, favoring structured dialogue between themselves and with local administrations, focusing on two main and closely intertwined dimensions: the social one and the dimension of work.

The project is promoted by 3 associations representing 3 European cities, ICEI (Milan), Fedelatina (Barcelona) e ALCC (Lisbon), and by 3 respective local administrations: the municipalities of Milan, Barcelona and Lisbon.
